At Bargain Balloons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home celebrations. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused, unopened balloons and home decor items securely in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
