How long will my balloons stay inflated?
Standard latex balloons typically last 12 to 24 hours when filled with helium, while foil balloons can remain buoyant for 3 to 5 days. Factors like temperature and humidity can affect float times.
Do you ship balloons inflated or deflated?
To ensure the lowest shipping costs and prevent damage during transit, all balloons are shipped flat and deflated. You can have them inflated at most local party stores or florist shops.
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have been inflated.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, but we also offer expedited shipping options if you have an upcoming event.
Are your balloons biodegradable?
Our latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex and are biodegradable. However, foil/mylar balloons are not biodegradable and should be disposed of properly or reused.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the shipping floor, it cannot be changed.
